We are based in Kettering and consider projects within around 90 minutes’ drive—roughly 60–75 miles, depending on the route. Include your site address when you enquire so we can confirm coverage for your project.
Do I need drawings before contacting you?
No. You can get in touch at the ideas stage, while drawings are being prepared, with a planning application pending or when you are ready for quotes. Let us know where you are in the process.
Can you bring the design and building work together?
Charlie works alongside an architect who can provide architectural plans and structural calculations. Milford & Sons coordinates that design stage with the construction, trades and finishing work.
