Contacting Milford & Sons

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to discuss your project and respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, phone number, site address, project stage and project details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

Website enquiries

Where the website enquiry form is available, the information you submit is sent to Milford & Sons by email using Resend. The email address you provide allows us to reply to you. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not use the form to submit payment details or private identity documents.

Contacting us through Bark

Our Bark profile ↗ provides an alternative way to contact us. Information submitted there is also subject to Bark's own privacy notice and terms.

Website operation

The site is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to serve pages and protect their services. The enquiry form uses an abuse-prevention counter based on a hashed network identifier. The form does not store your raw IP address in that counter, and old counters are removed after approximately 24 hours when a new enquiry is processed.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, landing pages, page visits, project-video plays and whether people start or successfully send an enquiry, or click an email or phone link. Google receives technical information such as browser and device information, approximate location and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, site address or message entered in the enquiry form to Google Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Analytics does not load before you accept. Rejecting analytics does not affect the enquiry form or access to the site. We remember your cookie choice in local storage for 180 days; analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_* are set for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops further collection on this browser and removes the site’s analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Google may process information outside the UK using its applicable transfer safeguards. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services ↗. The project video is hosted with the site. If you follow an external link, the destination service may use its own cookies and technologies. Hosting and access services may use technologies needed to operate or protect the site.
