Tell us how you live, what is missing from your current space and what you want the project to achieve. Bring any existing drawings and tell us your location, timing and the scale of work you have in mind.
Bring the plans together
Charlie works alongside an architect who can provide the architectural plans and structural calculations. We coordinate the design with the build so the scope, practical requirements and next steps can be discussed together.
Agree the work
Before the build starts, the project scope and the work to be carried out need to be clear. We discuss the construction, finishes and project arrangements around your property and brief.
Build and finish
Milford & Sons carries the work through construction and trade coordination to the finishing details. Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, terraces and gardens can be considered within the agreed project.
